Mr. Owusu Abban is a dynamic and highly committed Accountant with over 8 years of
experience in accounting and finance functions, enhancing financial performance and
improving financial controls.

He has expertise in most accounting functions such as account payables, accounts receivables,
financial reporting, payroll administration, bank reconciliation and tax accounting. He is
experienced in accounting operations, designing procedures and maintaining sound internal
controls. Mr. Owusu Abban is detail oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
and exemplary attention to details. He is a respected team leader and player who is willing to
do whatever is necessary to get the job done.

Mr. Owusu Abban obtained his secondary education at St. John’s Secondary School, after which
he earned a Bachelor of Business Studies-Banking and Finance Option at the Wisconsin
International University-Ghana. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from
the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

He worked with the Beige Group Limited, Adenta Branch as the Finance Manager between
2013 and 2018. Between 2019 and 2021, he worked on a contract at Price Waterhouse Coopers
where he performed Auditing, took stock of Assets and wrote reports, validated and paid
customer deposits. From March 2021 to December 2022, he was on a contract with the McDan
Group as Accounting Consultancy, where he restructured the Accounting Department.
