Naana Abena Kumiwa Anim - Administrative Assistant

Ms. Anim is a versatile creative content developer, media practitioner/development activist,
event organizer and a public relation manager who seeks to serve in any given endeavor that
will grant the opportunity to turn her versatility into tangible productive results through
training, consultation, mentoring, guiding and projects.
She holds HND from the National Film and Television Institute, Diploma in Journalism from the
Ghana Institute of Journalism, a Bachelor of Arts in Information Studies and Political Science
from the University of Ghana. She also has Certificate in Creating and Entrepreneurship from
the University of Ghana Business School, Certificate in Public Speaking and Public Relations
from the Empowerment Institute and an Executive Diploma in International Diplomacy and
Protocol from the University of Maryland (Rockville), USA.
Ms. Anim worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy and Payless Shoes in
Maryland USA. She was a Programs Officer of the University Child and Youth Development
Centre in Accra. She also worked with the Empowerment Centre at the Ashongman Estate in
Accra as the Media/Business Development Manager and Director of Fresh Concept/ Fresh Air
Productions also at Ashongman Estate, Accra.
She is a member of a number of professional and voluntary associations such as Women in
Media, Ghana Journalists Association, Film Producers Guild, Actors Guild, Executive Purposeful
Ladies Ministry and Secretary of the Precious Vessels of Virtue.
Ms. Anim has worked on various projects which includes the Young Urban Women Project (The
Ark Foundation Ghana), Child Rights & Abuse Project (The Ark Foundation Ghana), Women in
NGO (The Ark Foundation Ghana), Healthy Feet Nurtured Souls (Fresh Concepts), Back to
School Projects (Karissa Foundation), Pilgrims Project (Karissa/ USA Team) and Creative Thinkers
Group (Fresh Concepts/ Empowerment Institute).
